Nice capsule hotel which is very clean and well maintained. I stayed in a upper pod and it is very easy to get on to it. There is no shower area in the ground floor so had to take the lift to take shower. It is located in a nice area close to the bus stop.
One of the best hostel/capsule hotel that I have ever stayed in. Very friendly staff, room and capsules are well maintained, restrooms are super clean. Clarke Quay is just a few hundred metres away and there are so many eateries in walkable distance. Would recommend this place 10/10.

The staff very very nice, the location close to bus and mrt stop, they even served breakfast!
The room very clean, smells nice, they give us towel, ear plugs, tooth brush, they also have hairdryer, shampoo, and soap.
There’s locker inside, and they have microwave, snacks, dispenser, and coffee!

I booked a stay with KINN, but had a medical emergency and was not able to go on my trip. KINN was the only hotel/flight that did not charge me! They have a 48 hour cancellation policy which they honored. It was a big relief. Thank you for understanding my circumstances! Much appreciated.

Everything amazing!
The cleanness, the practicality, the capsules, the staff… if it weren’t for the share rooms an bathrooms this would be indistinguishable from a regular hotel.
Worth mentioning the laundry service and complementary towel and bathroom kit.
And the location alone worth 5 stars.
Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, service is excellent. The capsule is immaculate and I found the bed comfy and the capsule to be quite spacious. There are plugs and usb charging in the capsule. There is a blind so you are able to close this for privacy. You have a locker then to be able to store your things which is fairly large. The bathroom/showers are very clean. Toiletries are provided in the bathroom (soap, shower gel and shampoo, which are all plant based!) and you get a little pack with toothbrush, toothpaste and earplugs also. The whole place is lovely. Wi-Fi is great but sometimes dropped out and you have to reconnect every time you come back. I had a great stay here and would recommend and stay again.
I'm sure a capsule hotel might make you have doubts, but you don't need to worry with this one. Clean, neat, tidy and quiet. I think the fact that it's Singapore is definately in the establishments favour. I would stay again. Superb location also.
